Anyone who need materials for visa application, please download and fill out the SCDE Visa application form , rename the completed form “SCDE Visa application form-YOUR NAME “and send it with documents mentioned in the form to SCDE@xjtu.edu.cn.

If an official invitation letter for your visa purpose needed, e-mail to local organizing staff with your personal details.
